Frequently asked questions
How does arrival work?
You can check in from 17:00 hours and we ask you to check out before 11:00 hours on the departure day. Before arrival, you'll receive the exact arrival instructions, address, and key information from us. Coming late in the evening or have an early flight back? Let us know, and we'll see what's possible.
Do we need to provide information in advance?
Yes. Spanish law requires us to register the details of all guests via the SES Hospedajes system. You'll receive an online check-in form from us that you fill out before arrival; it takes a few minutes. Make sure the details match a valid passport or ID. We use them solely for this legal registration requirement.
Where can we park?
The apartment comes with its own parking spot in the secure underground garage, with a remote control for the gate. The spot is suitable for one car. Coming with two cars? Just let us know.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Is smoking allowed?
There is a complete smoking ban indoors. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace, as long as the sliding door to the living room remains closed.
What are the rules for the swimming pool?
The swimming pool belongs to the Homeowners' Association and is located about twenty meters from the apartment. Glassware is strictly forbidden around the pool for safety reasons, and you cannot reserve sun beds with a towel in advance.
Are there house rules we need to keep in mind?
A few, mainly with an eye toward neighbors and the complex. Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 08:00, and loud parties and loud music are not permitted. Take household trash to the containers on the street daily. Towels and bedding should not hang over the balcony railing; a drying rack is available on the terrace. Open flames, such as candles, torches, or charcoal barbecues, are prohibited due to fire risk. And close the parasols in strong wind, as it can pick up suddenly here.
What is expected of us when we leave?
Nothing complicated: start the dishwasher again, turn off the lights, and make sure windows and doors are properly closed. Also be careful with the keys and the remote control of the complex; if lost, we unfortunately have to charge you for the replacement costs.
If anything comes up
You're never on your own here
A leaky faucet, a question about the air conditioning or just not knowing where the containers are: let us know. We usually respond within an hour, in Dutch.
On site, our managers Kevin & Anne are available. For medical matters, you're in good hands here: there's a clinic nearby where the doctor speaks fluent Dutch, there's a pharmacy open 24 hours a day, and the general emergency number is 112 — free and reachable even without a Spanish SIM card, with English-speaking operators.
We compile all addresses, opening hours, and phone numbers for you in the digital guide you receive after booking.

Still have a question that isn't answered here?
Feel free to ask. We speak Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese and usually respond within an hour. On request, we can also arrange a rental car or airport transfer for you.
